You have 3 calendar days to request return for an item from the date you received it.
Please oblige to the following conditions for hassle free returns-
You can simply request return from my orders section on MOCOM mobile app. Write a small reason for return and submit return request. MOCOM team will help you afterwards.
Once return request is approved, MOCOM will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Shipping costs will be refunded as is and will be seller’s responsibility in situation like faulty/wrong products. In case of seller’s responsibility for shipment, reverse shipment will be arranged by MOCOM.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We
will
immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive
the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
