Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MOCOM. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of return request. Post return approval, reverse shipping is arranged by MOCOM the very next day of approval.

Please oblige to the following conditions for hassle free returns-

  • 1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • 2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • 3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can simply request return from my orders section on MOCOM mobile app. Write a small reason for return and submit return request. MOCOM team will help you afterwards.

Return Shipping

Note: MOCOM assigned logistics partner will make in total 2 pickup attempts, if shipment is not handed over in these 2 pickup attempts, the return will be rejected.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
once your refund is approved, the total amount, including shipping charge if any, will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
